1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AegisIntelli's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AegisIntelli provides AI-powered lead generation services, including but not limited to prospect identification, lead qualification, advertising campaign management, and social network integration. Our services are designed to help businesses generate qualified leads and improve their marketing ROI.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required for qualified leads delivered according to our pricing structure. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per qualified lead, depending on the service tier and lead source. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet predetermined criteria including budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our quality standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is collected, processed, and stored in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by AegisIntelli remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use our services but do not acquire any rights to our underlying technology or processes.

7. Limitation of Liability

AegisIntelli's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
